European type shackle,US type forged shackles also can be available.US type Shackles are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, railway, chemical industry, port, mining, construction and other industries.
US type Shackle use and precautions 1. The shackle should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as cracks, sharp edges, and overheating are allowed. 2. It is strictly forbidden to use cast iron or cast steel shackles. The buckle body can be forged from killed steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after bar forging. 3. Do not drill holes or weld repairs on the shackles. After the buckle body and the shaft pin are permanently deformed, they shall not be repaired. 4. When using, the buckle body and the latch should be checked, and there should be no serious wear, deformation and fatigue cracks. 5. When using, the horizontal spacing must not be under tension, and the shaft pin must be inserted with a safety pin. 6. After the shaft pin is correctly assembled, the width of the buckle body should not be significantly reduced, and the threaded connection is good. 7. The use of the shackle shall not exceed the specified safe load.
